Maker Series: Intro to Industrial Sewing

Join us for a hands-on workshop designed for beginner and intermediate sewers. This session, led by Dayle Wilnechenko, will introduce you to the world of industrial sewing. Whether you’re just starting out or have some prior experience, our flexible approach will meet your skill level. Participants will have the opportunity to work on a basic sewing project, providing practical experience with industrial sewing equipment.


About Dayle:

Dayle Wilnechenko, the founder of chenko studios, is dedicated to sharing her passion for sewing and craftsmanship with individuals, local brands, and the community. With five years of experience in technical outerwear, sample sewing, and designing for manufacturing, along with nine years as a sewing instructor, Dayle brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to her teaching. Her expertise and love for creating, drive her to constantly explore and advance in the world of sewing and making.


In this session, you can expect:

  • Introduction to industrial sewing techniques

  • Hands-on experience creating a basic sewing project

  • Limited space to ensure a quality hands-on experience
